1.This machine adopts five servo motors control, automatic tension control, central surface rewinding, the rewinding surface smooth and tight.
2.The machine adopts frequency converter speed regulation to keep the operation smooth during acceleration.
3.With the function of automatic meter counting, alarm stop.
4.The rewinding use two friction airshaft ,auto unloading tower, easy to operate.
5.Automatic rectifying device,useEL CCD ,automatically adjust the unwinding position.
6.Adopts imported Italy Delsarlame air knife for slitting, automatic fan to do exhaust material.
7.unwinding part adopts separated shaftelss structure.
8.Automatic discharge device in rewinding.
