Machine Characteristics
1. The machine adopts electronic computers, PLC centralized control and controls the tension, meter count, rectify and so on ,according to different slitting technologies.
2. The machine has the functions of stable tension, start and buffer, stop and loose proof, fixed slitting, the operation is easy.
3. The rewinding roller and drawing roller adopts frequency motor.
4. The tension of the unwinding and rewinding can be adjusted flexibly, much more convenient for the slitting of different types of paper or film roll. The unwinder adopts pneumatic type auto loading material,the rewinder adopts air shaft to ensure fast loading and unloading fast.
