1. The spindle speed of the slitting machine must be changed after parking. When shifting gears, they must be fully engaged. When the machine tool is found to be abnormal, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
2. Before cutting with the slitting machine, adjust the cutting tool and clamp the workpiece. The length of the clamping part shall not be less than 50 millimeters. The parking barrier should be fixed and tested in order of clamping, releasing, moving forward, and backward before it can start working.
When the slitting machine tool is rotating, no part of the human body should come into contact with the transmission components. When operating, tie the cuffs tightly and it is strictly prohibited to wear gloves while working. The human head should deviate from the cutting direction.
When changing the cutting tool of the slitting machine, measuring the workpiece, lubricating, and cleaning the pipe head, the machine must be stopped.
