Power on
1. Turn on the electrical isolation switch (set in front of the electrical control cabinet), press the EMERGENCY STOP RESET and READY TO RUN buttons, and turn the key to RUN (on the main control panel) to check if the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable.
2. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), and check whether the oil level and pressure gauge display of the main hydraulic drive system is correct and stable.
3. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (set on the intake pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet) and check if the air pressure is correct (not less than 6.0 bar) and stable.
Set Control
1. Set the cutting menu according to the film type, thickness, length, width, etc. arranged on the cutting plan.
2. Retrieve the corresponding BOPP film file from the PDF.
3. Set the winding length and width of the corresponding specification film.
4. Select the corresponding winding station, adjust the pressure roller arm and pressure roller, and install the corresponding specifications of the paper core.
Loading, threading, and film connection
1. Loading: According to the requirements of the slitting plan, in accordance with the operating procedures of the crane, the corresponding mother coil is lifted from the time frame according to the actual situation. The direction is selected based on the inside and outside of the corona surface and placed on the unwinding frame of the slitting machine. The steel core is clamped with the control button and left from the steel core support arm and the crane.
2. Film penetration: When there is no film on the slitting machine, film penetration must be carried out. Using the slitting machine's film threading device and function keys, tie one end of the original film to the threading chain eye, activate the film threading button, and make the film evenly distributed on each roller along the slitting process direction.
3. Film connection: When there is a film on the slitting machine and the roll joint is changed, use a vacuum film connection platform. First, start the film connection platform to the working position, manually flatten the film on the first traction roller of the slitting machine, and start the upper vacuum pump to suction the film, so that the film is evenly adsorbed on the film connection platform. Apply double-sided tape and cut off the excess film under the tape. Flatten the film on the unwinding rack and start the lower vacuum pump to make the film flat and adsorbed. Remove the paper layer on the tape and smooth the adhesive film. The joint should be neat and wrinkle free. Then, turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps and open the film connection platform to the non working position.
Start up and run
1. Change the specifications, install the paper core on the inner and outer winding arms, and notify all personnel to leave the machine and prepare for operation when the pressure roller is in a ready state.
2. Set the ANTI-STAIC BARS on the main control panel to AUTO, activate READY TO RUN, and start MAKINE RUN to start running.
Splitting control
During the slitting process, carefully monitor and observe the slitting effect, and adjust and control the slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure, arc roller, edge traction roller, and guide edge appropriately.
