Fourthly, it is maintenance work, and regular and irregular inspections of rotating parts should be stopped (especially real-time monitoring of vulnerable parts). Implement regular adjustments, replacements, and detailed records of the commutator to achieve the goal of extending the service life of the equipment.
Fifthly, improve the technical quality and level of personnel operating the slitting machine. For controlling local operations, a dedicated person should be responsible, and no one is allowed to operate without permission.
