Printing Structure:
Unwinding: Paper change unit with a maximum unwinding diameter of 600 mm, equipped with a 3-inch diameter paper core. Includes an electronic web guiding system (automatic web guiding control) capable of automatically correcting paper position, and a paper splicing table.
Printing:
5 independent servo-driven flexographic color units, featuring ceramic anilox rolls connected with helical gears, plate cylinders, and high-precision impression cylinders.
Drying System:
1 set of UV drying system, with separate configurations for each printing unit
Adjustable power output; can be controlled independently with switches
Die-Cutting :
The die-cutting station employs a round-to-round configuration with a servo drive. The magnetic die roller and backing roller can be interchanged vertically to perform die-cutting on both sides. It can also be used for sheet-fed operation, working in conjunction with a conveyor table to stack products neatly. Die-cutting and waste removal are both controlled by magnetic powder.
Rewinding:
The rewinding system features servo drives and PLC-controlled closed-loop tension control, ensuring stable rewinding tension and high-speed operational precision.
The rewinding core uses a 3-inch diameter, ensuring synchronization between rewinding speed and printing.
