Machine Characteristics

1.Double unwind shafts driven by two motors; Siemens brand. Independent driving system with vector inverter control.Unwind shaft flip is driven by motor, fast flip.
2.Tension control:A fully closed-loop automatic tension control system with pendulum spoke detection and potentiometer feedback.Tension size is controlled by low friction cylinder and adjusted by high precision regulator.
3.Traction rollers are steel rollers and pressure rollers are rubber rollers.Traction roller is driven by frequency conversion motor, Siemens control. Tension control adopts closed-loop tension control by tension controller.
4.The frame is made of cast iron and is connected by cast iron braces,Installation of static elimination device and spreading device before printing.Installation of deflection correction device before printing.
5.Effective roll surface width 1200mm; part surface runout <0.008mm.
6.Printing plate rollers with cantilever beam sleeve type, easy and fast insertion and removal.
7.Anilox roller adopts cantilever beam sleeve type, easy and quick to insert and remove.
8.The closed ink chamber can effectively reduce solvent volatilization and maintain ink viscosity and cleanliness.
