Printing
Plate mounting part
●The plate loading method is large plate shaft without shaft plate, which has high plate changing efficiency. The horizontal installation ruler can ensure the uniform initial position of the plate. The new ink cleaning ring is installed on both sides of the top plate shaft to reduce the top plate shaft from being stuck by the dry ink.

Pressing and printing part

Ink parts
●The ink fountain is a backflow open type, up and down is adjusted manually, the ink tank is filled with 8kg ink, and the plate roller can be inked for printing
●The ink supply method is a pneumatic diaphragm pump that circulates the ink from the bottom of the ink tank. The ink in the ink tank is uniform and has good fluidity.
●Closed ink tank: The ink tank is equipped with combined ink baffles around the front and back to form a closed ink pan, the surface is treated with Teflon, suitable for large and small rollers, which not only solves the problem of ink splashing, but also reduces the disorganized discharge of VOCS and improves Workshop environment, saving solvent usage
