(1) Parallelism and gap of ink roller and rubber roller. The rubber wheel scraping ink is used to adjust the thickness of the ink on the ink roller by the gap between the rubber roller and the ink roller (the mesh roller), and the gap adjustment is generally between 0 and 0.5mm. If the rubber roller and the ink roller are not parallel, there will be more ink and less ink.

(2) the high and hardness of the rubber roller. Generally, the service life of the roller is two or three years.

(3) the parallelism of the scraper seat. Scraper type ink scraping is a more mainstream form, but the structure is complex, the need for regular maintenance, the operation is relatively difficult. Whether the pressure of the air bag (or cylinder) is balanced, the wear of the scraper needs attention. The precision of the parallelism of the scraper seat is higher than that of the rubber roller, and if there is a slight flaw, there will be a lot of problems, so the machine repair or very experienced people should be adjusted. (4) Pay attention to the ink load of the ink roller, pay attention to wiping or high pressure spray wash ink roller. The use of ink roller has a certain relationship with the quality of ink, bad ink impurities, easy to cause blockage, to filter before use. The ink roller should be cleaned frequently, the general cleaning process takes 3-4 hours, but the effect is very obvious after washing, and the color difference is very big. Generally, it is necessary to use washing powder water to clean once every 7 days, and washing powder water must be lathered to have an effect; Half a month to do deep cleaning, with electric copper brush wash; You can also use a cleaning pad, mounted on the roller, with liquid medicine, washing powder water for circulation friction cleaning, the effect is also good; About half a year to carry out a big cleaning, with high pressure water gun, soda water quickly spray wash.

(5) the parallelism of the pressure roller. The main function of the pressure roller is that when the cardboard enters the printing department, the force is applied to the cardboard, so that the ink on the printing plate is better transferred to the cardboard, and the purpose of printing is achieved, so it is necessary to control its parallelism

(6) The ink and wear on the surface of the vacuum suction transfer wheel should also be checked, otherwise it is easy to cause slippage.

(7) Clean the ink pipe, filter and ink hole. All the pipes should be disassembled and cleaned once a week.
