Drawstring Garbage/trash Bag Making Machine

The drawstring garbage/trash bag making machine is a machine specifically designed for producing drawstring garbage bags with drawstring function. It can automatically process plastic film with threading channels and dotted lines (the final product is continuous roll type).The final product rolls tightly and neatly. It adopts heat sealing and cold cutting system and also suitable for printing and non printing bag making.

The machine uses high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene,LLDPE or recycled mixed materials as raw materials, integrating multiple processes such as unwinding, folding, threading, heat sealing, punching, point breaking, and rewinding.

The machine is suitable for produce household drawstring garbage bags (45x50cm and other sizes), hotel/property management large garbage bags (90x100cm and above size), continuous roll drawstring bags, folded drawstring bags and flat point breaking garbage bags.

2. Adopting computer controlled, stepper motor (servo motor) structure model.

3. Equipped with photoelectric automatic tracking, white bag and color bag conversion functions, microcomputer fixed length, automatic counting, arrival alarm, and automatic change rolls on rewinder.

4. Equipped with automatic cutting, punching holes, semi circular holes, threading, belt displacement, edge sealing, bottom sealing and point breaking.

5. Adopting a tension free sealing mechanism, the sealing and point breaking are synchronized.

6. The machine can be used to process bag with continuous roll threading and even roll flat pockets and flat pockets.

7. The whole machine adopts a one-stop production line with high degree of automation. It is an ideal equipment for making drawstring bag and an advanced equipment to replace imported similar products.

Q: What's the temperature of sealing knife for HDPE and LDPE materials?

A: For HDPE material,the temperature of sealing knife about 140-180℃;For LDPE material,the temperature of sealing knife about 120-160℃.

Q:Why high-temperature cloth on bag making machine easy to damage??

A:1. The pressure of sealing blade is too high. we can reduce the pressure of sealing blade appropriately
2. The temperature of heat sealing is too high. we can check and reduce the temperature of heat sealing
3. The high-temperature cloth is of poor quality. we can replace high quality high-temperature cloth
4. The surface of the sealing blade is uneven. we can clean the sealing blade before machine work to ensure that the surface of the sealing blade is smooth and free of impurities

Q: For the drawstring garbage bag making machine, the drawstring feeding not smooth or often break?

A: The tension of the drawstring feeding is too high. we can reduce the tension of drawstring feeding part.
