The Function and Characteristic:

4.Magnetic powder feeding system:Responsible for accurately guiding the magnetic powder to the sealing position of the bag making machine, which is used to make the sealing line of the bag mouth to ensure the sealing and robustness of the bag.

5.Bottom Gusset function:It is mainly used to insert at the bottom of the zipper bag to increase the function of the standing bag to enhance the structural.

6.Cutter function:It is mainly used for opening the barrel film, which is conducive to opening the zipper bag and adding a chain.

7.Automatic chain function:The automatic feed system guides the pull chain to the bag opening area. Then the pull chain is fixed to the mouth of the bag by heat sealing to form the opening and sealing part of the bag. This allows the bag to be easily opened and closed for various packaging needs.

8.Zipper head automatic feed: The zipper head is usually stored in a device that feeds the zipper head to the bag making machine on demand.

9.Zipper head transfer and positioning: The zipper heads are automatically positioned and aligned during transfer to ensure that zipper correctly installed into the zipper area.
