This ink viscosity controller is for gravure printing machines. It is control the ink and slovent add or recyle automatically.
According to pump load acquisition viscosity signal, and then compared Setting control, ink thicken, the load increases, circulation pump pulse becomes Slow; Ink is thinning, pump load reduced, circulation pulse variable quickly Contrast pulse frequency pulse and settingetting, controls, center will add or closed out Solvent signal.
For example: Setting viscosity value 15 seconds, when viscosity rise to 15.1 seconds, the Control will automatically add solvent, Later display will return to 15 seconds viscosity, then stop adding solvent, such controller cycle, printing ink viscosity remained stable
